Barclays scraps ATM fees

Clients of Barclays Bank will have unlimited use the Auto Teller Machines (ATMs) at zero cost starting May, the bank has announced.

In a statement, the bank’s managing director, Charles Ongwae, said: “Barclays Bank of Uganda Limited will waive ATM charges effective May 1t, 2011 for all its customers.”
