Current police force is moving forward

We must first appreciate the fact that Uganda is peaceful. The history of Uganda is dented with regimes in which policemen were shrewd, and brutal towards the people. The NRM government should be appreciated for the change they have brought to the police. The police have been restructured and professionalised as well as giving officers proper guidelines about their responsibilities and duties.
