I was disappointed when I read the Daily Monitor article “Application for UK visas now online” dated 29 march 2011.
The article elaborated that starting May 30, 2011 people will apply for UK visas on online.
This, in my opinion is unrealistic for many Ugandans.
Visa applications on line may be of advantage for the elite from distant places trying to beat time spent in the application process and queues as put by the UK High Commission in Kampala but it does not favour the computer
