EAC steps up plan for better roads

The East African Community (EAC) has signed an agreement with the Central Corridor Transit Transport Facilitation Agency (CCTTFA) aimed at improving transport and customs services in the region. CCTTFA is a multilateral organisation formed by Burundi, DR Congo, Rwanda, Tanzania and Uganda to facilitate movement of goods through the five countries.
