Busia child vendor faces theft charges

A man who tried to sell three of his children now faces fresh charges of theft. Musa Kawanguzi, 38, a builder who lives in Kironde Zone, Ndeeba, a Kampala suburb, had been on the police’s wanted list of robbers since last September. He allegedly stole goods worth Shs9.2 million from Marine and Agro Export - Fish Processing Ltd, Jinja.
