Civil Society blamed over funds

KARAMOJA - Non-government Organisations (NGOs) working in the region have come under fire, with criticism directed at poor performance in the poverty-prone area.

Riamiriam, the umbrella network coordinating development partners in Karamoja, said some NGOs in the poverty-prone sub region have not added value to post-conflict peace-building.
