MUKONO - Police in Seeta have arrested a police constable from Bweyogerere police station, who allegedly extorted Shs500, 000 from a scrap dealer.
According to Gaston Twinamatsiko, the Officer in charge of Seeta Police station, Ismael Tomusange was arrested on Wednesday night at Bbuto village in Kira Town Council.
Twinamatsiko said Tomusange was arrested together with Eric Ssewava, a property dealer at Bweyogerere town.
