Child offenders should face death penalty

Too often I read in the papers about children being abused by the very people who should love and protect them.
I am awed by the penalties handed to these people who abuse or kill children.

If someone kills a police officer they get the death penalty. This officer has had special training, a gun, a stick for protection what does a child have? Often, the child is abused for 2-3years.
