Uganda joins cyber crime fight

After numerous attempts by cyber criminals to access various bank security systems to steal money, the East African Community has revealed that it plans to tighten cyber laws among partner states.

According to Owora Othieno, the bloc’s public relations officer, all stake holders in the region will convene in Mombasa to discuss the next phase of cyber law implementation in the partner states.
