Uganda’s customer care wanting - tourism expert

Tours and travel operators have been advised to improve the way they handle tourists if the industry is to attract more visitors, an expert in the sector has advised.

Charles Conconi, the Vice President of International Executive Service Corps, a not-for-profit organisation that recruits and assigns American volunteer experts to assist businesses in developing countries, said Uganda needed to re-package customer care to appeal to tourists from rich countries.
