We should emulate the order in Japan

The Japanese have been great examples to emulate in the way they handled themselves in the aftermath of a massive earthquake and tsunami.

Despite all the devastation, the power loss and leaking nuclear plants and economic loss they have remained orderly – there are no incidents of looting, rape or any other form of crime reported. All people in the world, including Ugandans should learn from the Japanese about what being humane is all about.
